Where do I start?! Micheal Bolger is the most genuine, diligent, and understanding estate agent I have ever come across. His knowledge of the market in Ealing is second to none. I had contacted many estate agents prior to selling a property through probate and Go View were so responsive and helpful that it was an obvious choice. (I could go on and on about the other estate agencies that I contacted such as Rolfe East in Ealing who I literally had to chase for three weeks just to get a valuation!!) Micheal goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is informed and involved in the process. This was a very lengthy process and he never lost steam! I am truly grateful for the effort and energy Micheal has put into this, and to Helyn for working so hard behind the scenes. Without Micheal the whole thing would have fallen apart. If you are looking to find an estate agency that will work with you, be open and honest, and genuinely care about you, then GoView is the only option. I will be recommending them to everyone. She genuinely cares in finding a good place for prospective tenants. She actually offered me to come for a second visit to get more familiar with the place. One star mainly due to the behaviour of Joanna who dares have the title “head of property management” I have seen other reviews detailing her unprofessional attitude towards clients. Rude arrogant and condescending. Should not be in a role that requires customer relations. Really lets the rest of her team down. An embarrassment to women in a professional setting.

Very unprofessional, cold and "scatter-brained" staff. The stories I have dealing with this Lettings Agency are far too numerous. Living requirements are not taken into consideration; they will waste your time by being habitually late, disengage immediately when asked pertinent questions about the property and otherwise outright lie. Prospective tenants are nothing more to them than a commission. My wife and I renewed with our landlord (GoView, unfortunately acted as mediators) and months later, we're still receiving phone calls and emails regarding our interest in moving house. Furthermore, their mediation only hindered the entire process, again providing misinformation and convoluting simple requests/queries.
