I mistakenly booked a small storage and they instantly booked me a larger space as well as a van with a man last minute, when our van wasn’t instantly available.     Really professional but also very friendly service. Really clear Information provided about the facility and services and the setting up of the contract was very simple. The site is very secure with extensive security mesures (I particularly like the app on my phone for entering the dite etc). The facility is super clean and tidy and very well laid out. I'm obviously a new customer but I would already highly recommend this company/site for all your storage requirements.

    If I could give 10 stars I would! If all companies had this level of service the world would be a better place. It's rare to see staff go above and beyond general politeness and corporate speil! Well done to the young lady(sorry forgot your name!) who I encountered... nothing was a problem, everything was explained and no pushy sales, and when I asked about the "free van hire" thinking here we go with the catch of expensive insurance..to my surprise it's really is free if you need it !!!! So 10/10 from me and if you need storage give these a go... customer service on a different level! And no I'm not being paid by them !
