I came across this website, so glad I did I done an order and then come across a different suitcase that I preferred so Julie immediately canceled my order with no trouble what so ever. Then I replaced another order with the style I liked, suitcase was perfect but vanity case wasn’t, as beautiful as it all looked when arriving. So I spoke to Paul who immediately sorted out my enquiry and reassured me. Customer service is great 👍 and I absolutely love my dip dye dune suitcasss. I highly recommend this company 😊

I have been looking for a cabin size case for weeks. They were either too big or small but a boring black. Then along came the Samsonite Respark. Midnight Blue. My perfect travel companion. 45 cm high it has wonderful inside compartments for toiletries and enough room for clothes for a couple of nights. Lightweight and easy to carry, pull. I am so excited to use this for my trip away. Go Places have amazing customer service. I always like to talk to someone on the phone. They were immediately available (no call centre options or being on hold) and they answered my queries in a very helpful manner. I would certainly buy from this company again. Although I don't really need a larger size case I am so thrilled with this, I am considering purchasing a few sizes up for longer trips away. Fantastic. So pleased.

Excellent customer service - I had an issue with a suitcase (which was in no way Go Places' fault) and the manufacturer was enormously unhelpful. Go Places tried to resolve the issue with the manufacturer directly and then when they were unable to do so they issued me a refund. I would not hesitate to recommend ordering from them and will do so again myself.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I noticed a problem with one of the Samsonite Bags when it arrived. I reported the issue to a member of staff over the phone. Liam was the customer advisor and without delay he dealt with the problem and ordered a replacement. After receiving 5 star customer service I went ahead and placed another order for samsonite bag. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you

Over the last 5 or 6 years I have bought 4 different cases from Go Places. My last purchase was 15 months ago for Eminent cabin baggage. Since it arrived the case has never been used until this week (due to Covid) when it was unwrapped for use on our impending holiday. Trouble is we found the lock to be broken and would not unlock the case. I called Go Places who asked for me to return the case to them for investigation. This I did and with time of the essence, within 3 hours of it arriving at their office the lock has been replaced and the case is being returned by next business day Courier. Liam at Go Places you are an absolute star. I totally recommend Go Places for your travel luggage needs. The prices are always very keen and in my experiences with them over the years, their customer service is simply top class.

I bought a Samsonite Paradiver large bag from this firm and all was good until I used the near £200 bag on its 1st trip. The side handle was used by the baggage handlers and the zip broke. Not ideal and clearly a fault. On contacting Go Places I was told that I would need to have the suitcase collected and it would take 4 weeks to be fixed - even asking do I have the original packaging! I bought an expensive make to ensure I wouldn't have any issues and clearly need it over the summer for many occasions coming up and I'm really disappointed that after 1 use, I simply am not issued with a replacement for this clearly faulty item!
