It’s a joke. Horrible staff a specially the little man with glasses, moustache and no tooth can’t understand him over the phone. He was shouting on me and was aggressive. Tell us to go to pick up area then after 15 minutes he said go to parking zone. We need to take a taxi and pick up our car. This man not supposed to work with people.

Absolutely disgusting. Patronising, aggressive. Told us to use Manchester airport parking instead. Which we will and will ensure everyone that we know of does to. We use these 4 times a year and couldn’t believe the disgusting service. Called liars. Which we have video evidence of. driver drove like a maniac had other cars beeping at him, and put us in danger again, all video evidence. DO NOT USE AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Disgusting from this company. Paid for parking and called ten minutes from the airport to be told it was cancelled and we have no booking. No prior warning and it has cost me £348. I will be contacting the services. And watchdog. This company. Or only owes me my money for the parking but also the money I had to pay after being let down at the last minute. DO NOT USE THIS CON OF A COMPANY.
