I’ve been there twice- once to buy some items for my child’s DofE and the second time to return a couple of things. On the first visit I asked for some assistance in finding a sleeping mat but unfortunately I had to deal with a patronising member of staff which was most unhelpful. On the second visit, the member of staff at the till was literally huffing and puffing for just having to wait a few seconds while I was picking up the receipt from my bag. No eye contact, no greeting, no exchange of words- I felt completely dismissed and a huge burden to him! Very, very poor customer service.
