I spoke to Shaun on Tuesday this week as I felt my scooter could do with a service. The local shops were unable to help as they only dealt with their own brand. Careco, who I bought it from 7 months ago, were happy to service it but would charge £170.+ Needless to say I found this a bit steep. Instead I went with Go Mobility. Service on the phone was matched by the service I received in person. Shaun collected the scooter when he said he would and returned it at the time he said he would He told me there were no issues and went through everything he did. Talked me through the whole process and didn't blind me with science so I was able to understand clearly the process. I'm really pleased with the service I received, the fact that they didn't try to upsell anything and the speed with which they operated. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again in the future.

I'm really chuffed. Friday my powerchair was collected for new batteries and a service and it was delivered back today (monday). Its like a new chair, it's holding the charge like new again. I'm really pleased also with how mark rang me to give me advice on how to get the most from the new batteries. I will certainly be using them again for my powerchair fixes and services.
