This store and Post Office are great. Prices in the store are good and there is a good range of convenience goods to choose from. The staff are all friendly and happy to help. They are also knowledgeable, efficient and very effective at serving customers at both till types (quite a feat sometimes when they are busy) They always do their best without getting in a flap. They are calm, cool and collected. All of the staff work hard and are an absolute pleasure to deal with and talk to. I mainly use the post office side of this business and cannot fault the service at all. Further, this store really helped the community during the Pandemic with the store side of things. The manager is very professional and adaptable to the changing needs of his local community. It is nice to be treated in a friendly human way like this.

This is my local shop and I got to admit this is the best by far and on a plus side Their is also a post office which is so handy this side of acomb! And the the staff are so nice and helpfull to be honest this is also why I use this shop they are lovely.. keep up the good work
