Called 8 day's ago with connection issues, promised a call back. 8 days later, still waiting, called again this morning and was staggered to be told that there was no record of my call ! Not impressed. Our 3 week old SMART TV continually loses wi-fi signal, so no access to SMART services. Sent an email via website, and its bounced back undeliverable 😡
