I am sure many customers have a really good experience of this company, but I'm afraid I didn't. We were warned that there was a long wait for quotes to be put together, not a problem we understood the company was busy. After this long wait for them to get back in touch we then had a flurry of emails back and forth in November 2022. And then all went quiet. I sent them a reminder email after not hearing from them for 6 weeks...still no reply. Nobody was getting back to us. It is now May 2023 still not heard back from them. I appreciate they might be a busy company and for whatever reason chose not to continue with our project but they left us with no communication waiting for them for 6 months! Maybe a glitch, maybe they just didn't want the work but it would seem unprofessional to me. We have since contacted a local fitter who got back to me on the same say as I first contacted him, gave a site visit within a couple of days and the £25k installation, not a small project, is now complete and generating within 3 months. There are good companies out there.
