Fabulous service from start to finsih thank you so much!! We had a particulary awkward shower enclosure and had been let down by previous plumber, so we went from them doing all, to sorting ourselves and finding a new plumber. Go Glass were super helpful and friendly with interpreting my sketches, providings quotes and options, delivery was exactly as they said it would be and help and the advice for fitting for our new plumber was totally awesome! Thank you so much for making my life easier. Highly recommend, what a great family business!

I have shopped at Go Glass for many years. There's nothing wrong with the quality of the product supplied and the service used to be excellent but in my opinion the latter no longer is.I feel it is unreasonable to expect a customer who is not a company and lives in Cambridge to traipse all the way to the factory in Pampisford to collect their order instead of offering the possibility of picking it up at the sales office in Cambridge since there are bound to be regular visits of factory personnel to the sales office in the normal course of business. Sadly therefore I will be withdrawing my custom from hereinon.

The team at Go Glass were excellent. I ordered online with strict cutting tolerances which were met. Customer services were excellent in helping with arranging delivery. The glass I ordered is now being used as a custom toughened glass 3D printer bed. I ordered 2. One to use and one as a spare. Glass beds are not made for my printer anymore hence the custom job with Go Glass. Thanks team!

The Go Glass team were very helpful in providing specifications and instalment methods. They delivered on time and our experience was that all the Go Glass staff worked to the highest professional standards. GoGlass provided an excellent service from my initial phone call through to delivery. The shower enclosure is very well made and feels very robust. I found the price also to be competitive with off the shelf frameless designs, but this is better quality and bespoke. The lady I met at the showroom was really helpful and answered all my queries and the chap who delivered was very careful and considerate. Couldn't recommend more highly!
