On booking the taxi from New Cross to home in Penn. The system advised that the car was 3 mins away. When it got to 45 seconds all things slowed. Using the tracker on the app I noticed that my car was stationary for about a minute. I decided to "call" the office answered, but the car moved immediately after about 2 mins stationary, odd????
