    Discussing service booked take was told 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes to call and find out how much longer for them to say they cancelled it and will now have to wait 1 and half hour's. Waiting outside a night club with no way to get home. Carnt wait for uber to come to telford to get a decent service

    Am not happy how you don’t update customers on their bookings. The customer will wait till his time is due and after calling you will tell him it’s busy in your area and give him another extra 20 munites. You should update customers if you know their taxi will delay

    Who issues licences to this shower? Telford council will be receiving a serious complaint so will trading standards when I'm home on Monday. Management (??) need to seriously investigate their office staff. Thieves liars and rogues abound here. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK and YOU will find out the hard way. Several families let down and even worse the 2 drivers we eventually had were lovely guys. Goodness only knows how they make a living. WORST UK CAB EVER should be investigated and hopefully my calls are all recorded. I have kidney failure so 3 hours late for meds an ambulance to A and E would have been faster. NEVER again!! One star due to the fact Zero stars unavailable!!
