Had an amazing day at go ape, our lads bought us the tickets, bearing in mind we are early 50s. Finally plucked up courage to go as I have a fear of heights. Alfie and dave our instructor's were fantastic throughout, taking us through the safety aspect of clipping in and out, to words of encouragement and advice when I felt I couldn't do some bits of the course, Through their encouragement I completed the course and got my certificate 😊, fantastic fun, for all ages!! Even us oldies. Thankyou Alfie and dave x

Great facility in the scenic grounds of Normanby Hall. The staff, Paul and Alfie, were friendly and made sure we had a safe, fun time. There is a variety of high rope obstacles, the Tarzan swings in particular were my favourite. We will come again!
