Just wanted to say what a great day we had at Go ape ally pally. Not one to normally leave a review but when customer service seems to be non existent in London I felt the need to say how impressed I was with the Go Ape team - from the girl behind the desk who checked us in to the guy who took us for training and everyone in between and at the end you were all AMAZING!!!! So kind, encouraging and nothing was a problem - Go Ape you are doing something right as this doesn’t happen any more - it really did make our whole day even more enjoyable and able to feel safe and know we were looked after. Thank you for a great day! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a bit of action packed fun!
