We had Gary and Jess round to install our wood burning stove. Their work is first class. Communication was excellent and Gary provided lots of advice prior to them completing the work to ensure that our opening and hearth were ready and compliant. They are very punctual and professional and their work is neat and tidy. Most importantly, they are genuine, decent and honest people. We are extremely pleased with the completed work. Gary communicated well via email, and he was clear in his estimates. He adjusted a number of doors, replaced a fan, replaced tap cartridges and replaced silicon sealant, as well as servicing our stove. I was well-consulted when a task got a little tricky.

Gary and Jess installed my Stove last year and did a great job. Gary's communication before, during, and after was great and I would highly recommend him for any stove installation. Given it is a messy job, Gary kept the room tidy and the installation looked really neat. He gave me a full run through on how use, maintain, and look after as well as other useful bits of advice. Gary also re-flaunched the chimney pot and once again, this was really good. Thank you Gary and Jess!

Excellent service from start to finish... Time was taken to clearly talk through fitting our wood burning stove over the phone, and again when visiting to price up the job. We were new to it all and put completely at ease. The work was completed in the estimated timeframe, room was left clean and tidy, and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
