    Amazing support and help from one of the owners Connor. I was struggling to buy an E-bike frame and was worried about the cost and pitfalls of buying a second hand one. He co-owns this great business offered me his personal frame that he had dismantled for a great price. He even went into the shop on Bank Holiday to sort things. Was offered free next day postage bonus👍🏻Several phone calls and messages with the offer of any future support and help was brilliant and sealed the deal. Always worried about motor electric problems etc. He said don’t worry he is only a phone call away if support is needed. Connor said you will be very happy with your purchase. Top stuff. On short notice, they were able to rebuild my bike post traveling to UK from overseas as well as fix a tricky technical issue and gave the gears a tune up to have the bike running better than when I first bought it. Very friendly, great value and highly recommended. Go and visit them - you won’t regret it

    Pretty poor service. I went in asking why my new wheel wouldn't fit my bike and was told it was because it had bolts, not quick release. Didn't seem right as the last wheel had bolts too, but I asked if they could sort it out if I left it with them in whatever way they saw best, and he simply said they didn't have the wheel. Didn't seem interested in the business. Went to another Repair Shop instead and with a bit of re-jigging they sorted in under an hour with the wheel I bought... Lazy advice from Gnar Mech. Just wanted to get customers out of the door. DONT VISIT THIS STORE!
