as far as im concerned resound are rubbish , i have a pair i want programed, i tried to contact resound and my email was blocked by them , what kind of rubbish is that may i ask stear clear dont buy these YOU WILL GET NO HELP

It’s not how well a company does at it’s day job, it’s how they do when there are problems that defines the good from the exceptional. GN Resound have a quite reasonable 4 day turn around for repairs, but when I needed my hearing aids repaired for an important business trip and I asked unreasonably for them to do them as an exception, they pulled out all the stops and even provided regular updates. Also the hearing aids are pretty good!
