Glen was a pleasure to deal with on my order from start to finish. He was willing to work with me in customising my ring, having a piece of wood mailed from overseas, testing several options to see whether they would work and then sending me progress shots of how the different woods looked and discussing choices in colour. As one half of the ring was from his stocked wood he was really helpful in suggesting combinations. The final product was really beautiful and my husband loves it. It was a perfect fit and looks really great on. He has already had so many compliments. Thanks Glen for making my vision a reality!
