My son joined GMSMA in September 2022 - boy who have no confidence and is generally shy and can’t decide what he likes. Since he joined the team he find something what he likes and enjoys his time. Great effort of all Masters looking after all troops and encouraging all for they achieved. Well deserved to recommend to anyone.

Excellent instructors. Have now been attending since April 2019, as has my daughter (lLittle Ninjas) and have enjoyed every minute of it. The enthusiasm and knowledge of the instructors is second to none. Throughout the lockdown and restricted movement of 2020, GMSMA have done everything possible to allow their students to continue their training and TKD journey. If you have always fancied trying a martial art then i 100% recommend GMSMA. Dont worry about age, i was an unfit 41 year old at the start of my journey and my wee one was only 3.

My 4 year old daughter attends the little ninja programme and what a difference this has made to not only her social skills but also for her concentration and discipline levels! The instructors are so thorough and take their time with all the children. They have fun along with learning new skills. My husband also attends the Taekwondo adult classes which he is loving and since January I have joined the ladies Kickboxing classes! These classes have given me the confidence in myself and puts me through my paces! All the instructors are so friendly and nothing is too much for them to help you on your journey, GMSMA have further stepped up their care for their students by offering online training during lockdown, which has allowed us all to keep up our training. Would recommend anybody to come along and join the family!

My son started Tae Kwon Do at Bathgate gym aged 4, he is nearly 10 and daughter has been going for 2 years. They really enjoy it! The dedication, enthusiasm and support from the instructors is outstanding. I would highly recommend GMSMA to anyone wanting there children to try something new, they don’t just learn self defence. They learn respect, self discipline, improves focus, brings out there confidence and by doing all this have fun..
