I am renting with GMS Estates since 11 years. I first joined them with moving into a flat-share here in London. The house and the people (in total 6) were amazing and the experience special. I continued renting with GMS Estates when moving into my own 1 bedroom apartment. The process was smooth and the apartment was fully refurbished to a high standard. I heard a lot about renting in London and agencies and the troubles some experience. However, I never had such issues with the team at GMS. They are always there to help and try to sort out any potential issues or maintenance requirements. I can only thank the entire team, all along Sharon and Sian who are always there to help an whom I know since day one! A massive big thank you :-)

Location, location, location !!! Obviously.... by the Kings Uni, two steps from Covent Garden, by the Maughan library, all facilities near by , you name it ! Now, Light Light Light !!!!Layout of the apartment allows amazing natural light, always a plus in London. Interior and living experience: great apartment with stylish design and furniture, amazing service from the agency during the tenancy agreement, not only to sign off but really to carry out a truly professional service during the agreement, definitely a 5 Stars experience overall!!

Mainly deal with Sian, Sophie and Omar on the residential side and James, Robert, Maisie and Kerry on the Commerical side.
