Absolutely disgraceful company, booked to move our boat in January 2023, to move today, told all booked in and didn't even bother to turn up, has a reputation of doing this, totally unprofessional, appalling customer service, never ever answer calls, mobile or office number, shouldn't be in business doesn't know the first thing about customer service, oh, there isn't any. WOULD ABSOLUTE NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, have totally ruined our planned holiday, thanks Chris you should be ashamed of the service you dont deliver.

Chris and Chrissy worked a miracle today, towing our stating caravan (that had sunk into a grass verge) to our building site. They even managed to reverse the van right into place saving us a lot of time. They were ready at 7am (our request was "how early can you be here") and were patient and kind and helpful. Really reasonable price too.

Today GMR moved our Fairline Mirage 29 from the Norfolk Broads to the Ouse in Cambridgeshire. The service was exemplary, they were able to move her at short notice, good responsive communication and a very reasonable price. I watched the boat go back in the water and found Chris the driver to be very friendly and professional and took great care with the boat. Excellent no hassle service.

Used these guys to move my Seamaster 8 metre from Ipswich to The Broads, very , very professional, good price and highly efficient . They know what there doing can't say any more.... Great Service. I have noticed a few iffy reviews ( which appear to be from the same boat under different guises ) IGNORE this rubbish this is a highly thought of company that has been in business for years with a good reputation. I would use them again and again

impossible to get hold of and when you do they promise to help then refuse to lift your boat because they don't want to help in the way they offered. confusing and unprofessional. told we were priority to be lifted after they delayed us for a week due to MOT then booked themselves up for a week without even contacting us. had to do all the legwork and then they turn around and act aggressive when asked when they could move the boat. zero customer service, avoid at all costs

Completely unprofessional and impossible to contact. Have waited two weeks past the original movement date for a boat movement only to be told to find someone else because Chris couldn't be bothered to do the job. Massive waste of time. Do not use this company, very poor service and extremely rude when you eventually get a hold of Chris.
