I can honestly say that dealing with the team at GMG couldn’t have been easier. I found them on Instagram & had never bought a watch on the grey market before - so was naturally nervous. Purchased Rolex Submariner with finance approved by Duologi. Initial deposit taken for watch and then application cancelled. No communication, poor customer service. Now GMG watches finance partner will not pay back deposit and have submitted complaint to financial ombudsman. Very poor I would avoid.
