Arranged a covid booster fot 10.30. Arrived on the dot and asked to sit and wait and the pharmacist would be with me shortly. Waited till 10.55, by which time there were 7 people waiting for jabs. When I enquired about the delay I was told the pharmacist would be with me shortly. At which point I said I had better things to do and left.

Projects Our Colchester
I usually experience good service here. Today I experienced a very rude young sales person, who ignored me on entry, served another man before me. He then began speaking with a colleague about a spa?!? I had to let him know that I am was waiting to be served. He questioned me- Are you?! How rude!!! I asked about prices of a product (as it wasn't visible anywhere) and then he began to answer my questions in a very distaining way. He then began to query what I was going to use my chosen medication for. The level of service that I experienced is lacking professionalism in every sense. This particular sales person's actions should be reviewed by management asap.

Update: Oh dear... Jan 2023 - Well that last review update didn't last well. Free deliveries cancelled. After profiteering out of vaccine delivery, the owners now want to profit out of prescription delivery. Such a pity. We've had to leave and go to one of the many free delivery pharmacies out there. From 4 to 1 star. ... As of December 2022 - Running much better than the review showed below. From 2 stars to 4 ...... Not great. The delivery guy is lovely. Some of the staff are lovely. Just need a lot of coaching to produce prescriptions. "Do you have x...?" "No we don't." "How about if you look over there?" "No it's been delivered to you." "I haven't had it. Please could you look at the back of the pharmacy?" "Oh yes, here it is." Pretty standard.

Absolute joke in there this evening. Like walking Into a full blown circus. One member of staff sat at the back on her phone, then spent a good 20 minutes dressing the elf on a shelf. Staff running around tripping over eachother, medication all over the place and being thrown into a box on the floor. Handed over my prescription for it to be lost. Member of staff randomly bursting out into Christmas songs. One lad hoovering and tangling his Co workers up with the cable. Flirting amongst staff in front of customers. Absolute bedlam in there. Actual pharmacy was really untidy and disorganised. General attitude from staff towards customers really unprofessional. Definitely a last chance saloon pharmacy. When you're feeling ill and waiting for medication this was a really unsettling atmosphere to be in.

You get told your prescription is ready to pick up but be warned if it has to be dispensed by a pharmacist and they doing other things even when they see they go off and you wait over 30min and counting not good

My husband was visiting for a Covid vaccination. He parked at the rear as told to by a parking attendant at the front of the pharmacy. He has now received a £60 parking ticket! Beware!

I book to have my covid jab at cavalry road 16th September, I used the car park to the rear of the pharmacy as I did on my last visit taking care to avoid signage stating Doctors parking only. Today I have received a parking fine for £60.00. I called the pharmacy to find out what's going on and was told that I should have used the field down the road. I was also informed that there is a sign as you enter the pharmacy advising of parking restrictions, as I had my details taken outside before entering the pharmacy it was of little help? Why offer a service then make it hard to access?

Usually l get excellent service here but today was a disaster. I called in at lunchtime to collect one item and was told it was ready. But the staff couldn't seem to find the item and l was waiting ages. When l enquired l was asked to come back later and collect it and it would be ready but when l returned it was still not ready and l waited another 20 minutes not knowing what was happening. Plenty of staff so not short. Very disappointing
