Not happy paid on thursday promised it would be here today monday a.m. mow 6 pm still no sign of my order. Rang them 5 times through the day only to be fobbed off time time again. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS LOT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware of dealing with this bunch of crooks. I'm one of the lucky ones only losing £117.00 a guy on the Thomson Local site lost £300.00!!! Check out his review. They are nothing more than a bunch of lying tow rags who should be avoided at all costs. They have absolutely no customer service skills and will drop you like a hot samoza as soon as there is a problem. They will take your money and laugh at you like they did me. buyer beware!!!!!!!!

Had took my car to the garage to get a new gearbox fitted. At 1st it took them a week to send out a wrong part, 5 speed gearbox for a 6 speed car. Since then it has got better, not. It has been 3 weeks since then, so 4 in total and still no part. Was told a week ago that it was sent to Birmingham, I live in Andover, hants and everyday it will come the next day. I will now not be able to take my bikes on holiday with me now as my disabled son's trailer will not fit in my wife's car. Cheers GM Spares.

DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!! UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR JUST TO POST THIS REVIEW!!!! I BOUGHT A REAR AXLE OFF THIS CO. ON MONDAY 11/07/2016 PAID FOR IT AND WAS PROMISED NEXT DAY DELIVERY. NO PART TURNED UP!. I RANG THE COMPANY FIRST THING ON WEDNESDAY MORNING AND WAS INFORMED THEY HAD MADE AN ERROR AND SENT THE AXLE TO ANOTHER COMPANY. I WAS ASSURED THAT ANOTHER AXLE WOULD BE SEND OUT AND I WOULD RECEIVE IT A.M. THURSDAY. THE PART TURNED UP AT 4.05 P.M. WHEN THE PART WAS UNWRAPPED FROM THE PALLET AND INSPECTED IT WAS TWISTED. I ONCE AGAIN RANG THE COMPANY AND WAS INFORMED THAT DOUGLAS FROM SHIPPING WOULD LOOK INTO THE MATTER FOR ME. AGAIN I HAD TO RING TO CHASE A RESPONSE AND HAD THE PHONE PUT DOWN ON ME SEVERAL TIMES - NOT NECESSARY BY DOUGLAS -OR I WAS TRANSFER TO A VOICE MAIL!!!! NO ONE WOULD SPEAK TO ME! I RANG FROM MY MOBILE AND GUESS WHAT THE PHONE WAS ANSWERED!!!! I WAS INFORMED THAT A COLLECTION WOULD BE MADE ON TUESDAY MORNING SO THAT THEY COULD INSPECT THE ITEM AND ISSUE A REFUND. IT IS NOW FRIDAY THE REAR AXLE IS STILL SAT ON OUR WORKSHOP FLOOR, I AM STILL £120.00 OUT OF POCKET - YES THE FUNDS CLEARED ON 12/07/2016 - TO RING TODAY TO BE TOLD I HAVE TO ARRANGE MY OWN RETURN AT MY OWN COST AND I SHOULD OF READ BREAKER LINKS T & C'S WHICH STATE CHECK PART BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY. SERIOUSLY!!!!!! IF I CHECKED ALL THE PARTS THAT CAME INTO MY GARAGE I WOULD NOT HAVE TIME TO ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING ELSE. Parts arrived, tailgate glass smashed, bumper brackets cut off, so unusable G M Spares have promised me a refund, but 9 days later still no refund, 1st the accountant wasn't there, then on many occasions the boss will call back, never has . Totally unhelpful,, TERRY well, he put the phone down , told me good luck and to sue him, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
