Gary's response was very quick, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to Grace what she needed and the reasons why. All done within 10 minutes and for a very reasonable price. Great service from a man who clearly knows the business. My skate blade had fallen victim to the Basingstoke rinks canyon sized gaps between the padding on the floor and the blade required a bit of attention to make good. After 1 reset the difference was night and day, far better than I hoped for. I fully recommend and will be using the service again.
