I found GM Cycles on a google search. I chose it because of the consistent 5 star reviews. I was not disappointed. I phoned Gordon and he fitted my cycle in the very next day. I was driving past to Southampton and by the time I'd done what I needed to do, my bike was ready and I picked it up on the way back. He'd fixed my brake which was the problem, but he also identified a view other things that needed sorting . Professional but personal service, very good value for what he did. I will definitely go back should the need arise.

Gordon is brilliant with bikes! I am someone who does much of his own bike maintenance but Gordon's knowledge and skill is several leagues above mine. The service he did on my MTB and conversion to tubeless tyres made it feel like a different bike. I highly recommend GM Cycles.
