We wanted a detailed full building survey as we were buying our first home. Glyn was fantastic from begging to end, the survey was detailed and the many pictures he took were invaluable. He identified some areas of the property that would need work and was fantastic to speak to on the phone when discussing this after the survey. With this support we were able to negotiate a fair price on the property below our initial offer, which will go towards the repairs needed. We are very grateful for this experience and support, I have already recommended him to someone else I know who is buying a house. We will be coming back to Glyn if we need another survey in the future.

After moving home 14 times in 40 years I'm well used to reading Homebuyers and Full Building surveys. The Surveyors have carried out their work satisfactorily and reasonably professionally, but then there's a 2+ weeks wait for the report . Then the the report arrives..... some have been a little better written and structured than others, but overall they've been abysmal. Until now, I've never had a report that I haven't had to wade through pages and pages of tech speak and frankly irrelevant nonsense to find the buried critical information. Everyone I know has the same complaint. What a JOY it was to receive the Homebuyers Report for my new property! I received it 2 days after the survey, but 3-4 days is the norm I'm told. It's straightforward, well written with explanations of any tech speak used and beautifully structured. It took me less that three minutes to determine that the property is sound and that my purchase can proceed. I've since discovered that Glyn Jones is considered one of the best by many of the local estate agents, including mine. TOP CLASS WORK! I'M IMPRESSED!
