Initially all seemed very well with the purchase of my new vehicle until I had an issue with what the salesman told me he would do and did not happen. I had to raise a complaint and the response I received was atrocious to say the least. I am still awaiting a response from the manager. Very disappointed in the lack of customer care. Utterly disgraceful complaints handling system and lack of response to my emails, I am in the process of taking this to the ombudsman. I will definitely not be returning to this branch.

Poor customer service, only friendly/helpful if you're there to spend alot of money on a new car. Nissan shouldn't be selling new cars with battery/electrical faults, apparently this is VERY common.
