Seems this branch doesnt want me to purchase a new car! Again a sales person called, I informed him that i couldn't talk at that time, he promised to call me back the next day. 2 weeks later and still no call. Think its time to move my business elsewhere! Edit: visited in March to get my Xtrail serviced, again good service from that team Reason for dropping my 5 stars to 1 is due to sales and customer services teams. Was promised a quote to trade my current Xtrail for a new one. Over a month later and still no quote. What makes it worse is that their customer services team contacted me and promised that sales all be in contact, still nothing. Doesn't seem Glyn Hopkins want to sell me a new car, maybe should look elsewhere or a different brand? Brilliant service, was advised the car will take around 3.5 hours for a service and MOT, just over 2 hours later and I was on the road.

Very Friendly and helpful service. Good range of cars and knowledgeable staff. Sadly my daughter changed jobs and we had to cancel her new car for financial reasons. It took several months to process the refund (which was agreed very quickly) and I am pretty sure we would still be waiting if I had not twice visited in person and spoken with the duty manager. The story was that there is only one person in accounts who processes all refunds nationally. Great for their cashflow I am sure. The staff in the branch seemed to do all they could but it should have been easier!

Initially was looked after by Sohail. He answered all our questions and was very patient. Unfortunately he couldn't do the handover but his colleague Yemi did this most efficiently. Would recommend this branch of Nissan without hesitation. Lovely hot chocolate as well, which my grandson really appreciated. Thank you for a good experience.

It was really hard choosing the best car to purchase. However, Sohail K (Sales Rep) helped me select the right car by patiently talking me through what was available that would meet my need. He also kept me informed of what to expect from the time the car was purchased up to the when it would be delivered. The day we collected the car was also memorable as the Sales Team presented the new car in a grand way!
