According to the instructions, the engine oil and oil filter should be replaced every 12,000 miles or 12 months, whichever come first. Picture 1. M30d 5,3 L (service fill), 6,7 L (dry fill), Filter capacity 0,4 L For my car, this is 5.3 liters oil If 1 liter of engine oil costs 10.64 (because this is the price from the 2020 invoice) what year did you change 5.3 liters of oil? Y 2019 Mileage - 45164 Oil TOTAL for £ 42.50 Y2020 --------------54511 Oil TOTAL for £ 36.00 Y2021 ---------------65216 Oil TOTAL for £ 17.50 only Y2022 --------------- 73650 Oil TOTAL for £ 31.00 This explains why the color of the new engine oil was black again. 2. automatic transmission kit (filter and gaskets) missing from invoice 2022 This means that the filter is not even cleaned. The oil change was not done correctly and this is the reason why the car is now having problems at temperatures around 0 degrees. 3. Why don't you follow Nissan's engine oil recommendations? Nissan recommends CUSTOM made oil KE90090043 but you use Total... And that's not all...

Trying to sort my battery. I have spoken to a few people. My car is now out of Nissan warranty but my battery isn't. They won't honour that battery's warranty Basically they don't want to know. Will be getting a new car in September will not be buying Nissan. I remember them.being so accommodation when. bought my car.. after service...not so much. If you purchase a battery that battery comes with a warranty. But if it's outside of your service agreement they don't care. Just now received an 'answer'. They couldn't care less.

Awful service experienced last week, incompetent pushy sales focused no interest in finding out about customer requirements, no discussion just numbers and figures. Assistant managers should be setting an example to their sales advisors rather than being pushy with their awful sales techniques. I will be avoiding visiting here again as they have given me no confidence in purchasing a car from them.
