worst experience ever, my van is in repair since last 2 months. first they raised bill for full repair and when challenge they said some work will cover under warranty and awaiting parts from Japan and now they email us saying they will not repair anything and we need to pick up undrivable van otherwise they charge £70 daily fees. BIG SHAM TO NISSAN HAVING THIS DEALER WHO REALLY UNPROFFESIONAL.

These guys never got back to you unless you tagged all the top people from the company in the most brutal language in your email. Tried to book the service for my Nissan Juke. They said someone will call in 24 hours. A week later still nothing. I booked several appointments on their website but none ever went through. Tried to book one again for today with appointments cost around £400 since last week but no one ever contacted me. The service is absolutely a disgrace.

I own a MG ZS EV . I purchased from MG Barnes as the East London was the closest to my home I used them. But I want to share the worst experience I had with them. Once you leave your car there there’s no communication between them and you once the reach the phone which’s almost impossible. You can get an update. But the worst experience was leave my car to change the shock absorber leaking to a new one. They manage to damage another part and I was unable to work or either have a car to drive for the next 8 days. To make even worst they manage to lost my wheel locker I had to go back and forth with to force them to look into their shop. Totally unacceptable staff definitely need more training you realise that when you go to the real MG which is much cheaper for service and they know what they are doing. I don’t recommend anyone to buy or either do a service with this branch.
