    The dealership and some staff are good. Have always had a few issues with the service side of things. Not always on top of their game. More than happy to give you a disgusting, dirty courtesy car, even with a child in tow! Be very, very careful about the supagaurd treatment. Make sure you note down what's said as it's a bit of a scam as it doesn't actually help the condition of the car to be honest. Again some staff are helpful. Some not so much. Will do and say anything for a sale. And then will turn around and say they didn't say something and not give you correct information or try and give you information.that didn't even exist at the time of you buying your car. Not the best experience for me. So be very careful.

    This was my first time ordering a Nissan car back in November 2022 was happy with the service provide from the salesman we had, but he has moved on since and haven’t had any information about when my new car will be coming in for collection. I did receive a call informing me my car was almost ready for collection, but this was from the Romford vehicle admin not the Chelmsford branch which I have had little to not contact from. I did call and booked an appointment so we could sort out a final costing for my car which i will be part exchanging. The branch had completely forgot that I had booked the appointment, but said still come in which I did but was a complete waste of time as I’m still waiting today 17th May 2023 for a valuation of my vehicle. I would say this has been the worst experience I have ever had buying a new car. Been contacted by the garage today 17/05/23 with a valuation of my vehicle way under the market value by £2,500, just like magic my new vehicle is ready for collection. I now have to sell my car to webuyanycar before completing contract unless I take there offer.

    Took our car in for a service 15/05/2023, not only did they want to charge £2000+ for work that did not need to be done, they stole the £ coins we keep in the car for trollies/parking. Will definitely be looking to use a different establishment in future.

    Laura was extremely helpful. I enjoyed her service with a smile. I was not a happy client, however. It was the 2nd time I'd gone there and I was told I had to pay extra for something they required. The first time a year ago. I was sold a pay monthly package that was not transparent. It was supposed to pay for my services but because the service I was scheduled to have...their schedule not mine...would cost more than what had been paid in on this service plan I was hit with a prepayment fee of £140. No warning, and no explanation that what the plan actually did was allow me to make pre monthly payments for the future. It was sold to me like an insurance. You pay monthly, you have an accident and its covered. It's the lack of transparency that disappoints. I always pay what's on the bill. Had the service plan been sold properly I would not complain today. The staff has always treated me respectfully. The store is always clean, but I won't return there unless I'm desperate. Hiding a true purpose is lying. That's bad business.
