Booked my car end of November 2022 to replace a transfer case oil seal and asked me for more labour to diagnose exactly and confirmed that needed new seal! After 2 months they called to say that they did the job and still leaking so now they need to take my car to Colchester Mitsubishi as they are more experienced technicians to carry out the work again from beginning and at no additional cost so 4 months without my car eventually called me to say car is ready. what a lie From £370 original cost witch i have in writing everything from them now they ASKED £750 HOWEVER IT GETS BETTER ayc fault is now on the dashboard they are disgustingly claiming that it was there how could it been there and you gave me a full report off all other advisories that car had and DID NOT MENTIONED AYC PUMP WITCH IS CLEARLY FLASHING ON THE DASHBOARS SAYING FAULT But of course BEACAUSE IT WASNT THERE AND NOT AT FAULT THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE and after 4 months still my car is not right avoid this dealership at all cost never reply back never fixing anything so I'm going legal to recover the cost and have it fixed in couple of days NOT 4 MONTHS

Spoke to customer service who where extremely helpful in trying to get to the root cause of a stereo issue, colleague advised me of warranty period which I thought it was out of so could have saved me some money too. Only issue is garage is a good 40-50 mins drive away but thats not a massive issue.

I purchased a new Mitsubishi Shogun Sport from Chelmsford and the sales team were excellent. Unfortunately this is not the case regarding after sales. Still waiting since March for warranty repairs. I keep getting promises that I will get a call and no one ever does. I purchased the vehicle for towing and have been advised to get the repair done first before I can use it for this again. I constantly call but that’s as far as it gets after multiple monthly calls. I am really worried that if the car has a serious issue where I can’t drive it I will not have a car for months. If I have to use them for warranty purposes. Use this company with caution as I have never experienced anything so bad.

Where do we start.... thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Error after Error really, we book our service in over the phone via customer service and gave the information that was needed for the booking...but after leaving and getting a call an hour later to tell us that oh you are booked in to the wrong type of service thats going to be an extra £200...just because your customer service dont know what there actually selling or doing...and coming back 3hrs later and being told there is 3red warnings on the health check that i would have had the work done while it was there but didnt get call to infor me as it was offered...and asked for a specified task to be completed while it was in for its service was not done (good job i asked has it been done)...i wont be using glyn hopkins again and if you are reading this watch what you say to them and double check there work its lacking badly 👎👎👎👎🤨🤨😒😒 (a little update 31.03.2022 12:25) Had a call from them asking to talk about the issues....us/them someone had a bad phone connection so offered them an alternative number to call (yeah will call you right back now.....still waiting now 1313

The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with! my vehicles been with them for 4 weeks, every time you try to get an update you get bounced around every department until you finally reach “Kirk the service manager voicemail” and then your calls never get a reply. *update* 3 months and my truck still isn’t repaired! They still don’t return calls when they say they will…. If your Mitsubishi needs to go in for Warranty work…. Burn it and buy a different make!

We have never come across such outstanding service, we travelled from West London because we did not find our local Mitsubishi garage helpful.Ki was very helpful when I rang and when we came for first visit. Alex White went above and beyond start to finish sending us videos calling us back exactly when he said he would. Alex even called us the next day to check we got home safely.
