    I am experience in buying new cars. However, I don’t usually enjoy the experience. This time I have to take my hat off to Mark and his team. Loic was my salesperson he was professional polite and definitely was not Patronising. I am a wheelchair person and I hate going into sales rooms. Loic did not pressurise me and allowed me space and time to look around all the cars. He was patient in explaining the benefits of all the cars I short listed I must comment him on his knowledge of all the MG’s as well as other brands I was mentioning. While waiting for my car to arrive in Uk. Loic was going on leave and he emailed me Mark details as someone to contact while he was away incase I had any questions. That was above and beyond as normally I know the salesperson is away when I try to reach them. While he was away I contacted Mark as I want another look as I wanted to double check a few things. Mark was happy for me to come in, he did not try to discourage me incase I changed my mind. In fact he greeted me and was more than happy to answer my questions and to assist me in making sure my new wheelchair would fit in my MG HS. Collection day there was no change in the standard of service from any of the team. While Loic and I completed the paperwork other members of the team got me refreshments. I often find on collection day with other companies no one bothers with you as they already got the sale. However, Loic Mark and the team treated me as if this was my first visit. I know that their treatment of me was not because I had a disability. As I have observed their interactions with other customers who did not have any seen disabilities. I hope that when I return in a year for my first service the standards will be the same. Loic & Mark thank you there was times I know I was hard work lol but you guys never dropped your standards. Thank you. I love my MG HS

    I found the after service quite poor. It's been 2 weeks still waiting for a response I had on a query about my car. Before, I purchased the car, I had to visit the showroom because they did not respond to my email requesting info. They said the service section would call me in relation to setting up a service plan, I am still waiting.

    Sara cardy Nossa, a staff at the east London office was exceptional in delivery of excellent customer service to me when my car has been called in for system update. After I have had a terrible experience with an earlier service when my car was called, Sarah reassured me, rebooked the car in, called to remind me a day before and finally ensure that the car was given the needed attention. I have been to the office severally but never such a bespoke customer care. Please she deserves to be looked after by Senior management
