So the new Sportage come in. Excellent condition and presentation. Received a video showing vehicle prior to collecting. Marcus went out of his way coming to pick me up and staying late for my handover after I was delayed at work. Great stuff. Thank you. Nobody ever returns a call. Leave message after message, no response. Told my new car would be available earlier than expected. Went in paid £17000 deposit then nothing. Got registration docs but no car. Got free RAC cover for a car I don't have. From being excited about a great new vehicle the whole process is costing money and becoming a real headache. Not impressed anymore. Left it 3 weeks before posting this response asking how I'm enjoying my new car to give benefit of doubt. Now had a reminder to fill in the survey and still NO car NO returned calls.
