Bought my third fiat from here and picked it up yesterday! I dealt with Karen the whole time and she was honestly amazing! The best customer service I have received out of all 3 cars (not that the previous sales were bad at all!) obviously cars are taking a while but she kept me updated all the time, she was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating the whole time! Had a brilliant experience with her and would recommend highly!!! Also met the manager James during the pick up who was apologetic for the length of time the car had taken (even though it’s not their fault at all!) and lovely! Brilliant experience!
