We had a very bad experience. I have previously had a car serviced at Toyota and their customer service is always amazing. However, at Glyn Hopkin Buckhurst Hill - there is nowhere to sit while you're waiting for the service. No beverages offered. The receptionist was not friendly at all. Car display had been changed, and when I asked for it to be restored - the receptionist was very reluctant to call a technician. We had to wait to pay for the service as the receptionist was dealing with a complaint. It was a very unpleasant experience. I have a brand new car and paid a decent amount for the service. However, we were made to feel like we were receiving it for free, and that our custom was not welcome there. I have no intention of having my car serviced at this branch again.

Customer service was amazing, Dan & Zeki were brilliant, talked me through everything. Handed back and brought a new car. Lovely people fantastic service. Customer service was fantastic, no problem at all. They really listened to what I needed in my new car. Showed me around the car how to use all functions. Had the best experience. Will be asking for them personally next time I want a new car.
