ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR OFF A BEND IN PITCH BLACK DARKNESS WITH FROZEN ROADS ! REPORTING TO POLICE. 6.10PM Thursday 15th December on Leake Lane near Stanford on Soar a huge articulated hgv waiting at a farm gate entrance in pitch black darkness blocking the road parked right across with no flashing lights or warning to traffic that comes round the bend less than 150 meters away. Absolutely shameful behaviour.
