No fensa certificate received looking at the reviews I’m not the first, wouldn’t recommend or use again, laughable situation for something so simple to be done yet they’ve not bothered with, if you have work done by these definitely ring fensa to check

I contacted GLS windows for a quote - they came out measured and that was that I didn't hear any more. I contacted the owner by text and said I was still waiting for my quote - he was out of the country but assured me the quote should have been sent and that he would check with the boys at the office and have it re-sent. It never arrived. Communication is shocking, obviously this company do not care about its customers - in the first instance I was only replacing one window, but will in time be replacing the whole of the upstairs - this company doesn't need customers apparently.

Paid £695 deposit on the 5th January this year for a Solidor front door and UPVC back door. Still nothing having been over once to chase in July. Absolutely shocking service and shouldn't be trading full stop!. We've waited long enough so taking further steps to retrieve deposit money!.

Similar experience to others unfortunately, they came around and quoted, I accepted quote but then they went silent on me, I wanted to pay but no one was interested in communicating. Chased several times to pay but then I gave up and considered it a lucky escape.

Terrible communication from the start. I finally got my windows fitted in October last year after taking several months and being messed around. It was stated that I would receive a FENSA certificate and 10 year guarantee. GLS emailed to ask for my details to send the paperwork, but they never registered my windows with FENSA and I still haven't received the certificate. They have not replied to any of my emails, so I have had to resort to reporting them the FENSA and may have to take further action. AVOID.
