£3.5K paid, six weeks on and the new boiler still doesn't work!! We paid Glowarm to replace (supply and fit) our broken boiler. They appeared very responsive and and were in and out in a day. However, the boiler didn't work the next day, so they came back and said that it was a problem with the new boiler, not their fitting. It was apparently therefore our job to sort this out with Worcester Bosch direct under the warrantee - on a one day old boiler!! Worcester Bosch have been back several times and it's still not working. Simply shocking that this company walked away from the problem. We paid them to supply and fit a working boiler and that never happened. Take my advice and go to a company that fits working boilers. @Glowarm - thanks for suggesting I direct my review elsewhere and that it was not your company.
