Disgusted by the service, booked a photo shoot as a gift and they cancelled the day before by leaving a message on my phone! Rang them straight back and no reply. You can never get through to GLOW on their phone lines, couldn't leave a message to ask them to back to us because their inbox was full, and have been waiting a month for them to contact me after sending them an email!! Left a deposit to secure a booking and only been getting messed around ever since! DO NOT USE GLOW

i had worst experience ever, in fact i didn't even get to have the makeover but i was charged £120 for a non refundable deposit, i turned up but the pace was closed , i called several times. In the end, i was charged and accused of not turning up.

I took my daughter for her 12th birthday, the day wasnt really anything special, spent most of it waiting around, we ordered a full cd after approx an hour of them bartering with me out of desperation! i paid a deposit and went home to await my cd, nearly 4 months later and nothing, no communication, no pics and no make up set as promised, staff are rude, dis organised and very un professional, im angry that they are with holding pictures of my child and are refusing to hand them over! trading standards are fully aware as are the police, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THAY ARE FRAUDSTERS!!!

My Partner and I came for a couples experience. The day was ok but then we didnt order any photos we had the one free a4 photo. We paid £7 for the postage of the photo and were told it would come in a hard envelope and wou;d be sent recorded and it would take up to 7 weeks it then took 11 weeks. We were also told that the deposit would be returmed to our account in 30 days and it took 76 days. I phoned them over several occasions and was told 3 times that the money had been processed and would take 3-5 days and the photo was on the way. I would never use this company again very bad after care i had to get really funny to get the deposit back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I chose this studio because a friend of a friend had visited them with a gift experience voucher and recommended them to me. I decided that I wanted a total make over before my wedding and a bit of a confidence boost also. My frend who recommended me had been to a different studio also in Birmingham city centre previously and had been put off by their prices and hard selling. She complained to the gift company who's voucher she had redeemed and they sent her another voucher to use at a different studio. She then rebooked with Glow Studios and said the whole experience was much better and their prices were really good and no hard sell at the end to ruin your day. What I was really impressed by was the friendly team, I don't know why I was expecting some snooty nosed staff but I couldn't have been more wrong. A very warm welcome and the day and process explained to me and put me totally at ease. Before my photoshoot I was very worried that I would get hit with nerves but the photographer was great and took it all in his stride and showed me how to stand and how to look and really did get the very best out of me and made me feel like it was the most natural thing in the world to be doing, it was like second nature. I opted for 10 prints in the end which were very well priced. The pictures only took 2 weeks and four days to arrive, it felt like a lifetime because I was so excited to show them off and they were just as good as I had remembered. I was really happy with my experience, the value and the over all service. I have would have no hesitation in recommending Glow Studios.
