I selected Glovers estate agents since they were prompt and efficient in valuing my property and providing a clear and fair quotation for sale. They are a family run local firm and it was clear they understood the market for large Victorian properties in the area. They swept into action, to have details, photos and EPC sorted and the house on the market in less than a week and the property sold at the full asking price. They were pro active throughout the process and assisted communications through the chain to gain completion. As a family run firm, all staff are aware and pleased to assist as necessary, nothing is too much trouble. Overall, they are perhaps not as glossy as some of the other agents, but they make up for this in their commitment and professionalism.
