Having used this practice very recently, the telephone system seems to have improved dramatically - twice I've phoned, expecting to be on hold for ages and was answered almost right away, even in the war zone that passes for Monday morning. But, having said that, whenever I've dealt with them, the receptionists have ALWAYS without fail been friendly, professional, caring and supportive. The doctors and nurses have always treated me as an intelligent human being with a problem that they're helping me solve, putting the patient first. I have never felt patronised or fobbed off and all the staff there have been brilliant.

Went for a cervical exam and the nurse was an absolute legend, appreciate her very much. Horrible thing to do but she made me as comfortable as was possible. Receptionists have always been very helpful - there are so many issues with the NHS now and I think they are trying to do what they can. Only knocked a star off because getting an appointment etc is so hard, but again I think that’s more down to the state of things that any individuals in the surgery.

I’ve just been waiting 45 minutes on hold counting down from position 8 in the queue to when they finally answered they cut me off without a word spoken!! Called immediately back, position in the queue was 6…. I’m still on hold as we speak.
