I would like to recommend carpet outlet mainly for the fitters they not only did an excellent job of fitting my carpets but they were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I have moved many times and they were the best fitters I have ever come across. I would not hesitate to use carpet outlet again and I have recommended them to some of my friends.

We got recommended by our friends after seeing there gorgeous flooring that had been fitted by carpet outlet. One of the guys came round to measure and was really friendly and helpful. We went to see Connor at the shop to look at some floor samples. Connor was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The guy came to fit the flooring and worked to perfection, again so friendly and took pride in his work. Following the floor we then swiftly had the skirting boards fitted and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We are so happy we have someone coming to quote for the stairs next. After being recommended to use these by a friend, we are not disappointed. Connor made sure we managed to get our full flooring fitted before Xmas due to delays with our house completion. We only got the keys 8th dec & they were in 9th to lay carpets & linyl in bathrooms. Then on the 14th to start laying the herringbone flooring. James & James did an amazing job with our flooring throughout the downstairs giving up their evenings & weekend to make sure it was completed. Cannot fault any of the staff & fitters here, our experience has been great & we now have a home finished in time for Xmas! Massive thankyou.

Visited the showroom with an idea of what we wanted. Connor was really helpful and provided sound advice and guidance on various options. Booked in for measuring and Dan was really friendly. Within a couple of weeks we've had our carpets fitted and they look fab. Sorry, I didn't catch the fitters name, but again, really friendly, left all the rubbish neatly in a bag, couldn't fault. Carpet on our stairs and landing looks great. Thanks all, would highly recommend.
