Run away!!! Worst experience ever! They charged 100 pounds for a diagnostic, they told me there was a valve issue, 1 week later they came to my home and they realised they ordered the wrong spare part. I had to call them for a new booking slot. They gave me a new booking and they charge me 50 pounds for the valve. They didn't show up. I called them. They gave me a NEW appointment for Saturday. What time? ALL DAY. They didn;t show up. They finally came, they installed the valve and they noticed a leak. They left and now they have to order another spare part that I have to pay for, of course. Almost 4 weeks since I hired the service. Never again!

SO DISHONEST! Use any other repair company. I repeatably skipped work to be home for their engineers who decided not to come anyway. Then demanded that I pay £160 for them to come back. When calling to talk through the situation the operator might as well have been a robot. No help and no understanding of the situation. Be warned, they are a big scam! Service: Stove & cooktop repair

Booked a repair a week ahead and booked day off work. They confirmed on the day when i contacted them to confirm and said they would be there between 1-5pm with a 20 min call ahead. At 4.15 when I called to check, they said I wasn’t on the schedule and when I asked about the call earlier (with the same person) they said “so what?“. Avoid this arrogant company at all costs.

worryingly- Glotech are charging money for careplans when the machines are under recall from the manufacturers. which means that they are taking monthly payments under false pretenses and not informing their customers that actually their machines are not covered!!

The most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. I asked how much it would cost to "come out and repair". No mention of call out fee if they are not able to repair. They had the guts to send a voice recording which confirms my conversation with their office. Engineer comes out with wrong information, stands around for 5mins and demands £93.00 for doing nothing. Glotech tell your customers you charge £93.00 as Call Out charge. So people can see your real intention. You are not going out to customers with the intention to fix their appliance but to spend as little time as possible, tell customers their fridge can't be fixed and collect £93.00. My fridge was fixed the very next day by real engineers not Glotech. Still fairly empty!
