Ordered new dishwasher with installation/fitting on 10 May - took full payment. Was told would be contacted within the week by installation company. Heard nothing - no update. Chased on 23 May, was told problem with obtaining product - couldn't update and didn't seem to know what was happening. Cancelled order and awaiting refund. Poor customer update/service.

Amy & Leon helped us massively with our kitchen when our original quote at another local company came back a lot higher than expected! The St Albans showroom had loads of options for us to see in person. Amy found the best appliances for us and was very knowledgeable on what would work not only just in our space, but what would work for our large family as well. Leon was amazing at designing our new kitchen, we felt very well looked after - all while slashing the quote given by the other company! The communication with both of them has been brilliant and it is clear they are both very passionate & very good at their jobs. Will definitely be back for any further kitchen needs. Thanks again. This is company is fraud and theives. They will take a £100 to inspect the appliance, then they will tell spare parts required, then you will pay for spare parts waiting for someone to come on time but no one will come. They are money takers and never respect their appointments . THEIEVS, THEIVES
