Proper family run business! Ed and Hannah are such welcoming, friendly, interesting and helpful owners. We went in to buy some glass, but a demonstration was about to start (which we didn't know about). We stayed to watch and it was SO informative and fun! It was about 30 minutes or so. All the glass pieces there are made by them...the penguins are just so cute! - and they do Memorial pieces too, where you can have loved ones' ashes put into glass jewellery, paperweights or other pieces. Lots to see on display from bowls, ornaments, glass jewellery, flowers, blown glass etc. They also do glass blowing and making lessons, which we will do one day on a return visit! I'd ring or visit their website to find out demonstration times. Such a pleasure to visit and also supporting a small, traditional business!
