Julia has been cutting the nails of my nervous rescue dog Sophie for over a year now. They had grown very long as she was a street dog, and Julia has gradually been able to improve their shape and shorten the quick. Sophie was terrified of having her paws held, but Julia is so calm and kind, and she is now happy to have them cut, and shaped with the grinder. We have now moved on to teeth cleaning too! Julia was recommended to me and I very much recommend her to others!

Julia grooms 3 of my dogs ... Over the years they have been to various groomers ... but finally they are totally settled now! Julia is so kind and professional ... she puts the dogs first ... spending extra time to accommodate both my elderly Bichon, who can't stand for long, and needs 'rest breaks' and my 'half-pug' who is terrified of the dryer .. so she is just allowed to dry naturally. My full Pug, Norman, is the easiest but throughly enjoys his baths! My dogs are always happy to see her .. which is an excellent sign! .. AND from my point of view I am always delighted with the results ... she gives the best grooms the dogs have ever had .. so a win win!
