I had a bit of a disaster with a crank arm while cycling from Oxford to see my dad in hospital in Tunbridge Wells. I stopped in on the off chance that they could help and they did. Got me back on the road, got to the hospital and even managed a further 15 miles towards my mum's before one of my saddle bolts sheared 🤣 not my day!! Great service and the part that got me going was only £2!!

Stopped for advice about servicing a 7-year old mail order bike and Nick was great. He gave me a few options from getting it running smoothly to making it like new, and lots of advice about a potential replacement. Even though I only went for the cheap option, (saving the rest for a new bike), the old one now runs better than ever. Nick was never pushy, just good solid advice and taking the time to explain everything in full - Genuinely one of the good guys. (And don't tell him, but I'm sure he under-charged me for the drive-train service!). I can't recommend him highly enough.
