I have the most wonderful and relaxing two hours of my month when I have my regular facial with The wonderful JB. My skin always feels wonderful , the muscle reeducation treatment does wonders for my eyes and forehead and the products always feel great. The heated bootees and deep moisturiser for my feet is an absolute must. JB is by far the best and most professional beautician I’ve used and I 110% recommend her.

Jacquie was very kind and squeezed me in before my wedding earlier this year. I was stressed about my skin and had problems which weren't clearing up. After one appointment with her my skin was already better and the redness improved massively. The treatment was both relaxing and educational - she was very gentle with my skin which was incredibly sensitive, gave advice on products and routine, and was overall just really lovely. This is the best spa I've had the pleasure of going to and I've been a loyal returning customer for many years. The ache treatment for young skin has worked wonders for my daughters skin. Not only clearing the problem but giving her, her confidence back too. I have a warm bamboo massage and microdermbraision face resurfacing every 2 weeks. Perfect to help keep my 51 year old face in great condition. The heat from the massage helps me with coping with pain from Fibromyalgia and aches from sat working at a desk during the week. I love Gloots and introduced my daughters to the range of fabulous treatments so now we all fight over who can book in and when. Take my advice, book in early if you can. I usually have bookings for the next 6 months ahead. And I know why, knowledge, skill, a fantastic personal service and a wonderfully relaxing spa room all make Gloots the place to go too!
